Empowering Lives Through Education, Skill Development & Social Welfare
is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to creating positive social change through education, empowerment, healthcare, skill development, and community welfare initiatives across Tamil Nadu.
Established on 4th November 2016, the Trust was founded with the vision of supporting underprivileged communities and helping individuals build a better future through sustainable development opportunities.
For the past several years, Yazhini Trust has been actively working to uplift children, women, youth, elderly people, and marginalized communities by implementing impactful welfare programs in both rural and urban regions.
Our Journey
Serving Communities Since 2016
Yazhini Educational & Charitable Trust was started under the leadership of Mr. C.O. Hariharan (Oorkavalan) along with a team of socially committed professionals who strongly believe in education, equality, empowerment, and humanity.
What began as a small community initiative has now grown into a trusted charitable organization working across multiple districts in Tamil Nadu, including:
Sivagangai | Madurai | Chennai | Coimbatore | Tiruppur | Ramanathapuram | Tirunelveli | Karur | Virudhunagar | Dindigul and more.
Our organization continues to expand its reach through community partnerships, government-supported training programs, awareness campaigns, and welfare services across Tamil Nadu.

Our Core Areas of Work
Education & Skill Development
Education is one of the key pillars of our organization. We conduct various training and educational programs designed to improve employability and entrepreneurship among youth and women.
Our Training Programs Include: Free Tailoring Courses, Apparel & Garment Training, Free Computer Education, Self-Employment Training, Leadership Development Programs, Youth Skill Development Programs, and Government Skill Training Initiatives.
Our skill development programs are conducted in collaboration with TNSDC, DAY-NULM, SAMARTH (Ministry of Textiles), and Kalaignar Kaivinnai Thittam (KKT).
